W. Eagles Plumbing Supplies – West Gosford is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to own the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter regions. Drive growth by nurturing an established trade portfolio and proactively pursuing new commercial projects.

You will build strong relationships with commercial plumbers, builders, developers, and contractors while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. A proactive, KPI-driven mindset is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or account management experience in plumbing/building sectors.
• Track record of hitting KPIs and closing trade quotes.
• Ability to interpret plan take-offs and understand made-to-order trade products.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Current valid manual Australian Driver’s License.

About the Role

Based out of our West Gosford Commercial department, we are seeking a driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you will take ownership of the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter regions. You’ll be responsible for driving business growth by nurturing an established trade account portfolio while actively hunting new commercial project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial plumbers, builders, developers, and contractors.
• Business Development: Identify upcoming commercial projects in the region and proactively convert leads into long-term accounts.
• Pipeline & Quote Management: Work with architectural plans/take-offs and perform rigorous quote follow-up to turn tenders into orders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal sales, estimating, warehousing, and accounting teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, local trade developments, and competitor activity to capitalize on new market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• We’re after someone with a proactive and can-do attitude, who is comfortable working under pressure and takes pride in delivering great service.
• Proven sales or account management experience within the plumbing, building, or construction supplies sector.
• Demonstrated track record of hitting KPIs, closing trade quotes, and managing complex commercial accounts.
• Ability to interpret plan take-offs and understand made-to-order trade products (highly regarded).
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Current, valid manual Australian Driver’s License.
