Job summary

Oxford Bathrooms in Brookvale is seeking a friendly Showroom Sales Consultant to welcome customers, discuss renovation goals and guide them through the process. You’ll prepare quotes, follow up leads, manage inquiries and assist with administration to ensure projects run smoothly from first visit to completion.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred; full training provided.

Oxford Bathrooms is a proud, family-owned business that has been designing and renovating bathrooms across Sydney for over 25 years. Based in Brookvale, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Showroom Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

As the friendly face of our showroom, you will welcome customers, understand their renovation goals and guide them through the process. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotations, following up leads, managing customer enquiries, assisting with administration and helping ensure every project runs smoothly from the first visit through to completion.

About You

You are positive, well-presented and organised, with excellent communication and computer skills. You enjoy building relationships, following up opportunities and helping customers make confident decisions.

Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but bathroom industry experience is not essential — full training will be provided.
