Job summary

Eco Outdoor Group in Claremont/Perth is seeking an experienced Account Manager to be the first contact for design clients in the showroom, helping bring projects to life with our materials. You will nurture relationships across Perth, collaborate with the Business Development team, and balance showroom leads with proactive business development.

This full-time role includes occasional Saturdays to support client service and project deliveries, with a focus on exceptional service and design

Qualifications

Proven experience in a relevant sales role.
Ability to manage client relationships and day-to-day enquiries.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail in handling lead-to-delivery processes.
Interest in architecture and design.
Ambition to grow and develop client relationships through excellent service and product counsel.
Understanding of sales principles and delivering customer experience.

Responsibilities

Gather information on prospective clients (e.g. company size, needs, opportunities to add value).
Work with Business Development to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
Provide prompt and accurate answers to client queries.
Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
Collaborate with BD to create customised sales plans for key clients.
Promote new products/services to existing customers.
