Job summary

Eco Outdoor is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team in Waterloo, Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for design clients in the showroom, collaborating with Architects, Designers, Installers and retail clients to bring projects to life using our materials.

The role involves building and servicing relationships across Sydney, growing partnerships, and working with a Business Development Manager to service showroom leads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relevant sales role.
• Ability to confidently manage client relationships and day-to-day enquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail in handling leads and projects.
• Interest in architecture and design.
• Ambition to grow existing client relationships with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for design clients in the showroom.
• Work with Architects, Designers, Installers and retail clients to bring projects to life.
• Build and service relationships across Sydney and grow partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Business Development rep to tailor sales plans.
• Provide after-sales support and respond promptly to client queries.
• Promote new products and services to existing customers.
