Job summary

Eco Outdoor is seeking an Account Manager for the Claremont showroom in Perth, WA. You will be the first point of contact for design clients, architects, designers and installers, driving showroom sales and nurturing relationships across Perth.

Split time between client service and business development from showroom leads, with full-time role and occasional Saturdays. You will collaborate closely with a Business Development Manager to grow key accounts and deliver excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relevant sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication to build relationships.
• Ability to manage client enquiries and day-to-day interactions.
• Interest in architecture and design.

Responsibilities

• Gather information on prospective clients to identify needs and opportunities.
• Work with Business Development to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
• Provide after-sales support to retain customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and accurately to client queries.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Collaborate with BD to create customised sales plans for key clients.
• Promote new products/services to existing customers.
