Job summary

CITIC Pacific Mining Management Pty Ltd seeks a Load Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Load Maintenance crew and ensure safe, reliable equipment upkeep. You will support safety and fleet performance targets while maintaining complete maintenance records and compliance with CPM policies.

Ideal candidates bring two years in a supervisory maintenance role, strong communication, and a proactive, team-focused attitude. The role offers on-site work at our WA site with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
• Motivated team players with good communication and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Load Maintenance crew and ensure safe, efficient maintenance of Load equipment.
• Support the HME Superintendent in safety and fleet performance targets.
• Maintain legible, accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CPM safety, quality, environmental and Fitness for Work policies.
• Identify and document quality issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Monitor maintenance durations to optimise equipment availability and minimise downtime.
• Environment and Aboriginal Heritage compliance with plans and procedures.
