Job summary

CSI Mining Services, a division of Mineral Resources, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for mobile crushing on a FIFO 8D 6RR roster in Western Australia. You will oversee maintenance crews, ensure safety compliance, and drive reliability across multiple sites for mobile crushing equipment.

You will lead planning, inspections, and pre-starts, mentor a diverse team, and optimize maintenance workflows to maximise uptime while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role within mobile crushing.
• Strong knowledge of mobile crushing equipment and maintenance practices.
• Mechanical trade qualification required.
• Ability to lead, plan and mentor a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule day-to-day mechanical maintenance, repair, and breakdown work on mobile crushing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on mobile crushing equipment.
• Plan and oversee preventative maintenance schedules to maximise equipment reliability.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure tasks are supervised and assigned daily to direct reports.
• Lead pre-starts meetings, return-to-work meetings and PSIs.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and completion of maintenance tasks.
