Job summary

Anglicare is seeking a Shop Manager for our Manly Op Shop. You will lead daily store operations, inspire staff and volunteers, and create a welcoming retail experience while driving performance.

You’ll balance customer service with merchandising, stock control and safe operations, while building connections with the local community and Anglicare services.

You bring strong customer service, team leadership and organisational skills, together with the ability to balance people, performance and day-to-day operations.
