Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Queensland is seeking a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will bring our values of Guest Obsessed and People Power to life, delivering exceptional service and creating a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, training staff, coaching team members, and role modelling outstanding guest service while supporting sales growth through excellent service.
