Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Victoria is seeking a proactive trainer/coach to lead and develop crew members, delivering guest-obsessed service and safe, efficient operations. You will coach teams, model excellent guest experiences, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.

The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all.
