Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking a trainer to join our Newcastle-Maitland area restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will mentor crew, drive guest-obsessed service and maintain safe working conditions.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, promote exceptional service, and support sales through strong service and suggestive selling. The role includes leadership training and clear career pathways within our restaurant network.
