Job summary

Hungry Jack’s in Australia seeks a trainer/coach to develop crew through hands-on leadership, coaching and mentoring, delivering exceptional guest service, and promoting safe working conditions. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will model Hungry Jack’s values and lead by example.

You will oversee shifts, ensure safety and service standards, provide on-the-job training, and support career development with pathways across the restaurant network, while encouraging a guest-obsessed culture

• Experience in retail or hospitality.
