Hungry Jack's is seeking an energetic trainer/coach to lead and mentor crew members at our NSW restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will champion the Guest Obsessed and People Power values, delivering exceptional service and promoting safe working conditions.
The role involves on-the-job leadership across shifts, staff development, and contributing to a positive guest experience while supporting sales through great service.
