Red Rooster in Proserpine is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift operations, ensuring our standards of quality, safety and service. You will guide and coach team members to prepare and serve craveable meals while maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant during peak periods.

The role demands strong multitasking, quick decision-making and a passion for guest experiences. You’ll contribute to a positive culture, support training, and help ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
