Job summary

Red Rooster in Sydney is hiring Shift Supervisors to manage on‑shift operations, uphold our brand promise, ensure food quality and safety, coach the team through busy periods, and maintain a fast, friendly service standard across the whole shift.

You will coach crew, drive memorable customer experiences, keep the restaurant clean and well presented, manage time and multitask during peak periods, and demonstrate pride in every interaction to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team on shift.
• Strong time management and multitasking during peak periods.
• Willingness to assist with food preparation and service.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
