Job summary

Red Rooster in Bunbury, WA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee on-shift operations, ensure quality and safety, and deliver the brand promise to customers.

You will lead and coach the crew, manage time and tasks during peak periods, and help prepare and serve meals while maintaining a clean, well-presented restaurant. This role offers opportunities to grow into leadership within Craveable Brands.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
