Job summary

Red Rooster Ayr is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run on-shift operations, uphold our brand promise, and ensure food safety and quality on site. You will lead a crew, coach and support the team, and deliver memorable customer experiences during peak periods with strong time management and multitasking.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
