Job summary

Red Rooster is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee on-shift operations, ensuring quick service, quality food, and a safe, welcoming environment. You will lead and support the crew, coach for performance, and uphold brand standards during peak hours in a busy restaurant.

You will also be involved in food preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness and a positive culture while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-shift operations to meet brand standards, customer promise, quality and safety.
• Lead and coach crew to deliver food efficiently and create memorable customer experiences.
• Maintain a positive restaurant culture, presentation, cleanliness and safety during peak periods.
• Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking while assisting with food preparation and service.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
