Job summary

Red Rooster in Australia is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage on-shift operations, lead the crew and ensure our brand promise, quality and safety standards. You will coach and support teammates to deliver delicious food and memorable customer experiences during peak shifts.

You will maintain a positive culture, keep the restaurant clean and safe, and demonstrate strong time management and multi-tasking skills to handle busy periods while contributing to a fun, energetic workplace.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
