Job summary

Red Rooster is looking for a Shift Supervisor to manage on-shift operations, uphold our brand promise, quality and safety standards, and lead the crew through coaching and support to serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences.

You will foster a positive culture, ensure a clean and safe restaurant, and manage peak-period multitasking while staying present and engaged with customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience on a fast-paced team.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff across shifts.
• Strong time management to handle peak periods and multitasking.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
