Job summary

Red Rooster Australia is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations on busy shifts, upholding brand standards and ensuring safety and quality while delivering great customer experiences.

You will coach and support the crew to prepare and serve delicious food, manage time and tasks, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards.
• You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction.
• You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
