Job summary

Red Rooster in Morayfield is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, deliver our customer promise and uphold quality and safety standards. You will coach and support the crew, manage time and multitask during peak periods, and help prepare and serve delicious food.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
