Red Rooster in Brisbane is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the on‑shift operations, uphold brand standards, and ensure fast, friendly service.

You will coach and support crew, manage food prep and service during peak times, maintain a clean, safe restaurant, and contribute to a positive team culture that puts customers first.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
