Job summary

Red Rooster is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our restaurant operations during busy periods. You will supervise the team, maintain brand standards, ensure food safety and quality, and create memorable customer experiences.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coaching others and taking pride in a clean, well-presented restaurant where every shift counts. You will role-model teamwork, manage time, train new staff, and support the store manager in delivering great service.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
