Job summary

Red Rooster in Melbourne is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations on the floor and in the kitchen, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to brand standards.

You will coach team members, manage shift tasks, handle customer requests, and keep the restaurant clean, safe and well presented during peak periods. This role requires a positive attitude, strong time management and the ability to multitask under pressure.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
