At CHEP, we help move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organisation on the planet. As part of the Brambles group, we're creating smarter and more sustainable supply chains through our circular business model.
We're expanding our Townsville Service Centre and launching a brand-new afternoon shift. This is a rare opportunity to help build a team, shape the culture and establish the standards that will support the site's next phase of growth. Rather than inheriting the status quo, you'll help create it.
Consistent afternoon shift pattern with an early Friday finish every week:
Monday to Thursday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Friday: 12:30pm - 7:00pm
Permanent full-time opportunity
Opportunity to build and shape a new team from the ground up
Leadership development and career opportunities across CHEP and Brambles
Global business with local impact
Safety-focused, values-driven culture committed to developing its people
As our Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you'll lead a frontline production team while helping establish a new shift operation at our Townsville site.
You'll spend your time where great leaders make the biggest impact, on the floor coaching, developing and supporting your team. Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you'll play a key role in building a high-performing culture, developing future leaders and driving safe, efficient operations.
