CHEP Townsville is expanding its service centre and launching a brand-new afternoon shift. As Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you will lead a frontline production team on a new shift operation, building a high-performing culture and supporting the site’s growth with coaching and hands-on leadership.

You will partner with the Site Manager to drive safe, efficient operations, develop future leaders and balance people, safety and production targets in a dynamic environment.
