Job summary

CHEP Brambles Townsville site is expanding and launching an afternoon shift. As Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you will lead a frontline production team on the floor, coach staff and support a brand-new shift operation to set standards for growth and efficiency.

You will work closely with the Site Manager to build a high-performing culture, drive safety, and deliver production, quality and service outcomes while developing future leaders and enabling continuous improvement.
