CHEP Townsville is expanding its service centre and launching a brand-new afternoon shift. As the Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you will lead a frontline production team on the floor, coaching and supporting staff to establish a high-performance culture and safe, efficient operations.

The Opportunity

As our Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a frontline production team while helping establish a new shift operation at our Townsville site. You’ll spend your time where great leaders make the biggest impact, on the floor coaching, developing and supporting your team.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a high-performing culture, developing future leaders and driving safe, efficient operations.
