Hungry Jack's in Townsville is seeking a trainer/coach to lead, train and mentor crew, bringing our Guest Obsessed and People Power values to life while delivering exceptional service to guests.

You will lead shifts, ensure safety and operational standards, coach team members, and support sales growth through outstanding service and suggestive selling, including participation in national marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all.
