Job summary

Hungry Jack's in New South Wales is seeking a dedicated trainer/coach to develop and mentor crew members, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will champion a Guest Obsessed culture while promoting safe, high‑quality service and a positive work environment.

This role focuses on leading shifts, delivering training, and role modelling exceptional customer experiences. You'll support sales through service excellence and suggestive selling, implement the National Marketing Plan to boost customer
