Job summary

Kaisercraft is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Newcomb/Online store in Geelong. This hands-on role manages daily tasks, ensures tasks are completed on time, and supports a busy team across hours from 7am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday.

We welcome part-time or casual applicants to join our growth-focused, family-owned business. The role emphasises supervising Stock, online orders, and customer enquiries, with opportunities to develop skills and progress within an Australian company.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience.
• Organised with ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks.
• Clear, confident communication with team members.
• Reliable, practical and hands-on when required.
• Experience with online orders, stock management or warehouse/retail operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
• Manage shift changes and coverage; communicate changes to team.
• Oversee online order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure orders processed accurately within timeframes.
• Assist with stock management and investigate discrepancies.
• Support the team with customer and order enquiries.
• Train and support new team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures where required.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with a team, staying organised and taking responsibility for making sure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Shifts will range from Monday to Sunday - 7am to 9pm - with the successful applicant having ability to work across those hours. We are open to offer this role part time or casual.

• Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others.
• Is reliable, practical and willing to get hands-on when required.
• Has experience with online orders, stock management or warehouse/retail operations (desirable).
