Kaisercraft Pty is hiring casual Retail Sales Assistants for a new store in St Ives. You will deliver exceptional customer service and help keep the store well presented to showcase our product range.

Role involves assisting with store operations, unpacking deliveries, merchandising and maintaining high standards. Flexible across 7 days, 2–3 shifts weekly (3–5 hours each) with possible extra hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• The ability to create a memorable experience and understand customer needs.
• Motivated individual with a passion to sell our products.
• Reliable with high attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative.
• Flexibility across 7 days including late nights and weekends.
• Be happy to work 2-3 shifts per week (3-5 hours each) with potential for extra hours.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and a POS System.

Kaisercraft is looking for a team of enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistants to work at our new store coming to St Ives!

Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis, and the store will operate as a temporary site.

Based in Geelong, we’re a family-owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting, located throughout Australia. The Opportunity

As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;

• Opening and closing of the store

• Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
