Kaisercraft are inviting Expressions of Interest from Retail Managers to lead a potential new store in Salisbury Downs. This is a casual, temporary site opportunity based in Geelong with a family-owned business operating over 100 stores across Australia.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will guide your team to deliver strong customer experiences, manage rosters, train staff and uphold Kaisercraft values such as respect and integrity in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing a team.
• Ability to lead by example and coach/train to deliver a high performing retail store.
• Ability to create a memorable experience and understand customer needs.
• Motivated to sell Kaisercraft products and drive monthly targets.
• Reliable with high attention to detail and good communication.
• Able to work autonomously, solve problems and take initiative.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and a POS System.

Kaisercraft are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from Retail Managers to lead a potential new store in Salisbury Downs!

This is the perfect opportunity for a retail leader (supervisor, team leader or assistant manager) who's ready to take the next step in their career!

Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis, and the store will operate as a temporary site.

Opportunity

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will play an integral part in the smooth and efficient running of the store. You will guide your team to assist in ensuring the store is performing to the highest standard through customer service and presenting the store in such a way that it showcases our beautiful product range. Outside of assisting with general day-to-day operations, your other duties and responsibilities may include;

• Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on monthly team budgets
• Employee monthly rosters
• Recruit, select and train like-minded team members
• Managing and developing a small team
• Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage and stock take
• Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising
• Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives

About You

You are looking for 20-25 hours per week, possibility of school hours

• Experience with managing a team
• The ability to lead by example, as well as coaching and training your team to deliver a high performing retail store
• The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
• A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products and drive your team to meet monthly targets
• Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
