Job summary

El Jannah is seeking a confident Shift Leader to help run daily shifts across our Australian restaurants. You’ll lead the team on duty, set the pace, and ensure every guest has a positive experience while maintaining high standards of service, food quality, safety and teamwork in our fast-paced environment.

As a leader you’ll coach and develop team members, assist with rostering, monitor KPIs, and uphold WHS and cleanliness.

• Experience leading teams in a QSR or fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
