Job summary

Guzman y Gomez on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced crew, coach the team and uphold food safety and quality standards while delivering a great guest experience.

You will supervise operations, ensure service excellence, and support training and progression opportunities within the business. Background checks may be part of recruitment.
