Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Queensland to guide and coach the crew, uphold food safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Your leadership will drive operational excellence and a positive team culture, with room for career growth into management roles within the brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (completed or willing to complete).
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course completed or willing to undertake.
