Job summary

ALDI is hiring a Duty Manager in NSW to lead store operations, supervise shifts and support a busy team. You will mentor staff, handle customer inquiries and ensure smooth daily performance.

You’ll drive service, maintain shelves, and uphold safety and standards while working evenings and weekends as part of the store management team. Extensive training and internal promotion opportunities await.
