Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced crew, coach and motivate the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while maintaining strict food safety standards.

This role focuses on operational excellence, delivering consistent service, and supporting team development; the ideal candidate has leadership experience and holds or is willing to obtain Food Safety Supervisor and Responsible Service of Alcohol certificates.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
