Guzman y Gomez Heatherbrae is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to guide and develop the team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict adherence to food safety standards.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and drive operational excellence across morning and closing shifts, while maintaining a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate and RSA course.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Uphold food safety and quality standards during all shifts.

• Oversee morning and closing shifts under a mix roster.

Most be able to work under mix roster (Morning and closing shifts)
