Job summary

GYG Caringbah is looking for a Shift Leader to join part-time or casual hours. You will lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

You’ll foster a positive work environment, assist with rosters, and guide crew during peak periods. Benefits include competitive pay, uniforms, meals, and clear path to supervisory advancement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Completion or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completion or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
