Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide our team, elevate guest experiences, and uphold food safety standards. You will lead, coach, and motivate staff while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership or supervisory experience in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Proven customer service track record.
• Completed or willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willing to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
• Available for full-time, 38 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Manage and train a team of staff to ensure quality and service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and clean store environment.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
• Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain equipment and perform regular maintenance and cleaning.
