Qualifications

• Experience running/managing/supervising an entertainment/hospitality venue.
• RSA/WWCC or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and top-tier service mindset.
• Manage shifts, keep the team motivated and guests enjoying themselves.
• Drive sales on every shift through upselling and proactive guest engagement.
• Understand daily goals and work with Venue Manager to succeed.
• Ensure venue is well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
• Oversee the team, behind the bar or managing the shift with excellence.
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.
• Go above and beyond to anticipate guests’ needs.
