Job summary

Funlab is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to join our vibrant team across Strike Bowling, Archie Brothers, Holey Moley and more in Alexandria. You will lead a guest-focused team, drive revenue through upselling, and create unforgettable experiences in a multi-brand venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• RSA and Working with Children Check are required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a guest-focused team to deliver memorable experiences.
• Drive revenue through upselling and exceptional guest service.
• Transform venues into vibrant, WOW spaces.
• Coach a high-energy team across front and back of house.
• Manage rosters, training, P&L, forecasting and planning.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture across the team.
