Job summary

GYG Westfield Parramatta is seeking a Shift Leader to lead, coach and motivate the team, ensuring fast service, guest satisfaction and adherence to food safety and quality standards. This full-time role places you at the heart of daily operations.

You’ll build a positive work environment, manage opening and closing tasks, train team members, and uphold brand standards while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (completed or willingness to complete).
• RSA course completed or willingness to undertake.
