Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and coach the crew, ensuring guests receive outstanding service and safe, high-quality food. You will drive operational excellence and foster a positive work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
