Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen Brisbane seeks a Shift Leader to guide and coach the team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and strict food safety compliance. You will drive service excellence and help sustain quality standards across busy shifts.

You will lead with energy, develop staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth within our restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
