ISG Electrical Pty Ltd in Taylors Beach, NSW is seeking a Sheetmetal Apprentice to join our team. This full-time apprenticeship provides hands-on training in sheetmetal fabrication using CNC machinery and TIG/MIG welding.

You will learn under mentoring engineers, assist with fabrication, cutting, bending and assembly, and complete off-the-job training while contributing to safe, productive operations in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for sheetmetal work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Genuine interest in learning welding and fabrication.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fabrication, cutting, bending and assembly of sheetmetal components.
• Learn to use sheetmetal tools, machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Support experienced workers on projects and gain practical experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop and follow health and safety rules.
• Keep records of work and materials used.
• Attend apprenticeship training and off-the-job modules.
• Contribute to quality control by reporting defects.
• Collaborate with team and respond to feedback.
