IXOM is seeking a SHE Advisor – Operations to join the Group Safety, Health & Environment team at the Melbourne Head Office. The role focuses on major hazard facilities, complex safety risk, regulatory programs and critical risk management across ANZ operations.

You will facilitate risk assessments, support MHF safety cases and provide specialist advice to help sites demonstrate licence to operate while coaching operational teams to own their risks.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in OHS, Engineering, Science or Process Safety preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and quality‑assure complex risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie, LOPA).
• Support MHF Safety Cases, review-and-revise programs and regulatory submissions.
• Support critical control management and Management of Change relating to SHE and major incident risk.
• Coach site leaders and operational teams to interpret and apply IXOM’s SHE Management System.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits and responses to findings or notices.
• Lead or support higher‑risk incident investigations using ICAM and Root Cause Analysis.
