The role is part of a major digital transformation program focused on building a modern Microsoft 365 environment. It involves designing, building, and maintaining a secure SharePoint Online platform that supports collaboration, automation, and compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, metadata structures, templates, and governance frameworks.
• Implement tenancy‑level policies, DLP rules, and security configurations using Microsoft Purview.
• Build automated document workflows and approval processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Support data migration using tools such as ShareGate and Migration Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and cyber security teams to integrate SharePoint within the broader Microsoft 365 environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support transition and operations.

About You

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and building SharePoint Online solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, data classification, and retention/disposition policies.
• Skilled in Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation.
• Experience with data migration tools (ShareGate, Migration Manager) and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of PROV and government information management standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
